Staff Bios

Neil Allman

Neil Allman-Downtown Club Manager

Education: B.S. in mechanical engineering at the University of Florida.

Certification: American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer

Experience: For 3 years at U.F. I worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor leading outdoor fitness, kickboxing, indoor cycling, total body, and bootcamp classes.

I was born and raised in sunny Florida playing every sport available.  While on campus, I had a blast working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  After graduation I looked for a healthy, productive environment where snowboarding was a short drive away, making Denver the obvious choice.  Now living in Denver and working for Qi you will always find me in a good mood.

 

Chris and Corina Lindley (Qi Athletic Clubs Proprietors)

Chris and Corina have always been involved with promoting health and wellness.

Chris has his Masters in Public Health as well as many national training certificates.  He is also a veteran of the war in Iraq, serving over 12 months in Iraq as a Public Heath Combat Commander (where he recieved a Bronze Star), and continues to serve as a Army reservist as an Force Health Protection Officer.  He has been a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer for over 11 years.
 
Corina also has a Master's in public health, and was a three time All-American in soccer.
 
The Lindleys have two children, ages four and two.

Dawnelle Arthur

Lauren Andrews-Kasic-Genernal Manager for Qi Athletic Clubs

Education:  BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Virginia

Certification: American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor

Born and raised in North Carolina, I have been an exercise enthusiast since childhood.  I spent my younger years as a dancer and gymnast and my teenage years on the soccer field.  After working in the corporate world on the East coast, I am thrilled to be in Denver working in an industry where my true passion lies.  I feel honored to be a part of Qi Athlete, where you will find me most days sharing this enthusiasm with our members.

 

Dawnelle Arthur

Dawnelle Arthur-(Seasons Fit Owner)

Dawnelle brings a rich and varied background to her yoga classes. She has attended many teacher training sessions including; 200 hrs in Eclectic Hatha Yoga from The Institute of Progressive Therapies in San Diego, California; 200 hrs in Power Yoga and Hot Yoga from CorePower Yoga Studios in Denver, Colorado. She also holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Iowa State University. Dawnelle is a very encouraging teacher and hopes her students can find the strength, compassion and self acceptance that her practice helped her find.

 

Shannon Sidwell-Master Trainer

Certifications: Internation Sports Sciences Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.  Polestar Studio Series Certified Pilates Instructor

Experience: Working in the fitness industry for over a decade, she has helped over 300 clients reach their wellness and fitness goals.  For the past five years she has been in business for herself at Peak Physique Studio in Cherry Creek North.  Prior to that, she trained clients at Colorado Athletic Club and 24 Hour Fitness.

Philosophy: Shannon's approach to her clients' all around success includes educating and assisting in developing a healthy eating plan, incorporating a mind/body connection as well as exercise program.  A marathon runner, lifelong yogi and overall fitness enthusiast, has come to know both personally and professionally the benefits of healthy living and the positive impact that it makes in the lives of all people.

Isabel Meneghin

Isabel Meneghin-City Park Club Manager
My background is in speech pathology, but I've always been interested in exercise. I'm originally from Brazil, and grew up in the city of Belo Horizonte ("beautiful horizons"). I visited the US two years ago to learn English and fell in love with this country. I’m excited about working in an environment where I encourage others to achieve their own unique wellness goals.
