Qi Yoga is a powerful vinyasa flow that will help to heat and detox the mind and the body. We invite everyone to experience Qi Yoga. This class is taught at a more intermediate level.
Qi Yoga Fusion
A yoga class that blends the principles of Anusara, Bikram, Ashtanga, and Restorative Yoga.
Anusara Yoga
In this method, there is an awareness of postural alignment, refinement, and precision in every pose. The poses of Anusara Inspired Yoga are considered to be "heart-oriented" and the benefits of regular study are radiant health and wellness, enhanced self esteem, light heartedness, and a heightened awareness of the grand celebration of all of life.
Qi Yoga Restorative
A practice for everyone, young and old, active and inactive, stress or depressed, and over - stimulated. Restorative yoga helps to restore balance to the automatic nervous systems, greatly reducing stress. This class will help you to release tension and restore physical and metal energy.
Qi Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of yoga and weights.
It is designed to increase your lean body mass, strength, and flexibility; which will help you lose weight and sculpt your body.
Qi Yoga for Beginners
Beginners Yoga is for everyone, from the brand new student to the most experienced yogi. Beginners Yoga will help you to build the foundation of the most basic asanas in the power practice. If you are new to yoga, this class will help you to learn the basics, and if you are an experienced yogi it will help to bring you back to the foundation of yoga.
Qi Yoga - Hot
One hour Bikram inspired class. Room is heated to 90-95 degrees.
Qi Yoga - Power Hot
The same powerful vinyasa flow as in Qi yoga, but in a heated room, 90-95 degrees.
Qi Yoga - R&R
Class begins with a vigorous flow, then we come to our mats restorative yoga.
Spin Yoga
Our unique approach of combining spin with yoga, allows you to experience all the components of fitness in one hour. Spin – Yoga increases strength, enhances flexibility, improves body composition, and develops a deeper mind and body connection.
Our style of spin is different from any other spinning experience you have had before. Because our spin time is 30 minutes (sometimes 45) we keep the intensity up. Your mind won't have a chance to wonder during this dynamic, heart-pumping workout. The other component that sets us apart, is they way we bring yoga into the spin room. The yoga doesn't start after the ride, it is during the ride. By continuously focusing on the breath, letting go the chatter of the mind and leaving the ego behind you are actually practicing yoga for a full hour. Yoga does not only occur on your mat. You take what you learn on your mat and apply it to your everyday life. Whether on a spin bike or in an office meeting.
Currently we offer three different level of Spin - Yoga classes:
- Level 1 - 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of yoga
- Level 2 - 45 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of yoga
- Level 3 - 45 minutes of spin and 45 minutes of yoga
However, we are not only a Spin – Yoga studio, we offer a multi-dimensional approach to health and fitness. You can choose to focus on yoga, workshops, wellness programs, boot camps, Bolder/Boulder and triathlon trainings, nutrition counseling, weight loss programs, personal training, and private yoga sessions.
