Information on the Challenge:
This Challenge provides participants with 4 complete body composition assessments (weight, BMI, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, resting metabolism, visceral fat level, waist/butt/thigh/arm circumference measurements), and motivational support to help you achieve your goals.
Routine Body Compositional Testing and Tracking:
- Weigh-ins, body composition testing, measurements, and progress pictures will be taken every month by Qi Trainers.
- If you would like additional testing Briana will be available to provide additional assessments at $25 per visit. To set up an appointment please email briana@qidenver.com
We highly encourage you to participate in multiple QI classes during this challenge; however it is up to you to choose what is going to be the best lifestyle changes to make in your life to ensure long lasting success. If you can’t make it to one of Qi’s functional training centers we suggest follow the daily workout posted at www.todaysmovement.com.
Challenge Participation Requirements:
The last date to do your final measurements and assessments will be 112 days after your initial weigh in date. Anyone can conduct the final measurement before the 112th day; however you will be disqualified if you do not complete your final weigh in before the 112th day, to ensure complete fairness for all.
How to Win:
3 Winners, one in each of the below categories:
Biggest percentage weight loss
Percentage lost calculation: total weight lost divided by starting weight
Most inches lost
Inches lost calculation: Total Starting Inches minus Total Ending Inches (Waist at skinniest point, Buttocks at biggest point, Biceps at mid point, and Thighs at mid point)
Most Skeletal Muscle Gain
Skeletal Muscle Gain: Ending Skeletal Muscle weight minus starting skeletal muscle weight
Each Winner will receive:

Note: if there are individuals who win more than one category, then the second place individual will be the winner in the second category. ( i.e. we will have 3 separate winners; one contestant cannot win 2 or more.)
