Qi's newest location, Qi Lowry is a fitness studio open to all levels of practitioners. The intimate space allows students to learn from one another without feeling overwhelmed by the masses. A friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to guide guests through their transformation as they become more aware of their bodies, as well as their mental approach to fitness. Clients find themselves anxious and excited about making it to the studio, rather than dreading tedious workout.
Qi Lowry offers the following classes in our boutique studio space:
Qi Cycle-Yoga: A 75 minute practice that has it all. Students are guided through a quick but challenging 30 minute cycle ride on Qi Lowry's Real Ryder bikes. While warm from the ride, we transition into the Yoga studio for 45 minutes of Qi Yoga.
Mountain Warriors: This 60 minute class challenges the mind and body on a new level. A combination of cycling, weight training and bootcamp movements create mental and physical endurance like never before.
Qi Barre: Our Qi Barre program tones and sculpts the body using a stationary barre mounted to the wall for assistance in balancing while we move through a series of chiseling movements. This class may also be combines with our Qi Cycle program in a 75 minute Qi Cycle-Barre class.
Qi Yoga: Qi Yoga is a powerful blend of breath and movement. This vinyasa style Yoga practice is rooted in the body's ideal skeletal and muscular alignment. Qi Yoga is intended to serve as the basis for all of our programs, the concept being that if our students have a better understanding of how the human body functions they will be more effective in all of their activities. Qi Yoga creates that body awareness to keep us active and safe many years into the future.
Qi Yoga - Sculpt: This program is designed to take our Qi Yoga program to the next level. We add hand weights to our Yoga flow to build strength and endurance, while also training our students to be aware of their limbs and engage the body mindfully.
Qi Kettle-Barre: Our newest fusion program, QiKettle-Barre combines our intensly chiseling Qi Barre program with Qi Kettlebell training. This program will take the mind and body to a new level by allowing our students to bust through plateaus by adding a new style of training to their routines. We constantly work to provide our clients with the tools they need to shock the body and create continuing change.
