Qi Functional Training Centers offer our community the most creative and functional fusion fitness classes around today. Each Qi Location is special and gives our members an opportunity to be both a yogi and an warrior athlete. Our mission is to create an environment that challenges and changes you: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

City Park

We offer a community training center that offers resistance training equipment, Qi Kinesis, Qi Yoga, TRX, Personal Training, Qi Fire, Qi Water, and individual training space.

Downtown Denver

Our 15,000-square foot training center offers resistance programs, personal training, free weights, and cardio equipment and is home to our Qi Adult Gymnastics, Qi Fit, QiCycle-Yoga, Qi KORE, and Qi Barre fusion classes.

Edgewater

A quiet and quaint yoga studio snuggled deeply in the city of Edgewater offering Qi Yoga, Qi Yoga for Beginners, Qi Water, Qi Yoga Sculpt.

Lowry

Our newest location, merging all the best of each Qi into this one location! Our QiCycle Fusion classes are taught on the Ryder bikes...a unique bike that moves from side to side to create an even bigger challenge that is sure to change you mentally and physically! Join us at Qi Lowry for a great fusion experience...QiCycle-Yoga, QiCycle-Barre, Qi Mountain Warriors, QiCycle-Fire, QiKore-Barre, Qi Yoga, and Qi Yoga for Beginners.

Local Residents come in and join us for a FREE WEEK TRIAL to check our all our functional fitness facilities and classes!! Just stop in to any Qi location to get set up or register online by logging into the class scheduler and going to "online store". First time, and local residents only please.

Out of town visitors can purchase a drop in class for $15, facility day pass for $15, or a $25 week pass for either classes or facility.

To activate your one month combo membership OR 10 class pack, please present your printed coupon at one of our 5 locations. We apologize for any inconvenience but we cannot activate via email or phone as we must have a signed consent form for physical activity. At that time we will activate your Groupon membership and you will gain online access to your respective membership! If you purchased the Groupon 1 month membership you have all access to all locations and classes on www.qidenver.com for 1 month from date of activation.
