Qi Yoga - Qi Yoga is a powerful vinyasa flow that will help to heat and detox the mind and the body. We invite everyone to experience Qi Yoga. This class is taught at a more intermediate level.
Qi Yoga Flow - Get lost in the movement. In Qi Yoga Flow, there is no time to think. A real opportunity to get out of your head, and into your body. The strength of yoga, meets the grace of dance in a 60 min flow, designed to take you out of your comfort zone and lose yourself to the flow. Rather than limiting movement to just the breath, we flow to the energy of the room, the energy of each other, to the music playing in that moment. All the puzzle pieces of alignment we learn in Qi Yoga Clinic prepares us to dive deeper into the flow. Allowing us to let go, trust the body, and move. To truly feel the practice within our own, unique, individual bodies.
Qi Yoga - Forrest Inspired - Forrest Yoga is an intense physical practice that allows the body to transform so that healing can take place. Forrest Inspired Yoga combines the alignment principles of Forrest Yoga with the movement of vinyasa. Poses are held for longer periods of time and breath plays an important role in the movement.
Qi Water - A practice for everyone, young and old, active and inactive, stress or depressed, and over - stimulated. Restorative yoga helps to restore balance to the automatic nervous systems, greatly reducing stress. This class will help you to release tension and restore physical and metal energy.
Qi Fire - This class channels both the physical and the spiritual elements of the Manipura (fire) Chakra. Qi Fire classes focus on cultivating endurance, building core strength, preparing the practitioner for inversions, and learning the art of play in yoga. In Qi Fire the teacher practices alongside the students and gives limited direction and guidance. Experienced students are always welcome. This guided practice is NOT recommended for beginners.
Candlelight Qi Yoga - A soft, graceful class that is designed to restore and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Candlelight Qi Yoga takes place inside a candlelit studio and is a blend of slow vinyasa yoga combined with restorative postures.
Qi Yoga Sculpt - Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of yoga and weights. It is designed to increase your lean body mass, strength, and flexibility; which will help you lose weight and sculpt your body.
Qi Yoga for Beginners - Beginners Yoga is for everyone, from the brand new student to the most experienced yogi. Beginners Yoga will help you to build the foundation of the most basic asanas in the power practice. If you are new to yoga, this class will help you to learn the basics, and if you are an experienced yogi it will help to bring you back to the foundation of yoga.
Qi Yoga for Detox - Qi Yoga for Detox is an invigorating vinyasa flow, with special attention to variations in pranayama (breath), and asana (poses) that stimulate and balance your dosha (your physical/emotional constitution) while igniting your agni, your internal digestive fire--to increase metabolism, lose weight, clear your senses, send toxins from your body, and feel great! Qi Yoga for Detox is open to all levels of practice. This class will be slightly warmer than other Qi Yoga classes so please bring a towel and water.
Qi Dance - Sixty minute dance class designed to build and tone muscle, improve flexibility, and get your body moving in a whole new way. We will begin with a strength building, cardio burning warm up, followed by learning the basic technique and foundation of dance styles including ballet,hip hop, jazz, salsa, and contemporary modern, just to name a few. We will end with basic dance choreography learning some New moves every time you hit the dance floor.
Kinesis Training - Kinesis Training is one of the most advanced full-body workouts around—a revolutionary form of personal training emphasizing controlled movements that are performed using resistance modules. This circuit-training class enhances strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Each session is 45-minutes to an hour and is customized for both the beginner and the most advanced client.
Kardio Kinesis - Kardio Kinesis adds a higher intensity level of cardio interval training to produce an unparalleled combination of strength, endurance, coordination, speed, and explosiveness while burning serious calories. The circuit which includes elements of boxing, plyometrics, resistance training, kinesis, yoga, and cardio allows any student/athlete to push themselves above and beyond the regular level of intensity they would normally see in a traditional Kinesis class. Not for the weak-minded.
