Neil Allman
I was born and raised in sunny Florida playing every sport available. While on campus, I had a blast working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Now living in Denver and working for Qi you will always find me in a good mood.
Education: B.S. in mechanical engineering at the University of Florida.
Certification: American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, Crossfit Level 1
Experience: For 3 years at U.F. I worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor leading outdoor fitness, kickboxing, indoor cycling, total body, and bootcamp classes.

Ashli
As an outdoor enthusiast, Ashli enjoyed the beauty and unpredictability of exploring the mountains. Although she still enjoys these activities, they only offered opportunities to connect with the external world. Ashli decided she needed to find a practice that would hone intrinsic integration of mind and body. In the summer of 2002, she tried her first yoga class and knew immediately that she found the perfect means for calming her mind as well as keeping her physically fit. Ashli has been a dedicated practitioner of vinyasa yoga since 2001. This past summer, Ashli decided to explore new options for staying fit and enjoying the outdoors. She completed a few triathlons both on and off track as well as coaching the swim portion for Seasons Fit triathlon training. During this period, Ashli became hooked on spin yoga and soon thereafter went through training to become a spin instructor herself. Ashli is a firm believer in merging cardio, strength training, and yoga as a united and fulfilling exercise routine. Seasons Fit is a perfect match for her workout ideals.

Kylie Riesselman-Larson - Class Instructor Manager
Kylie began practicing yoga almost 10 years ago in an effort to give her body a break from all of her previous athletic endeavors. By practicing yoga she finally found the balance that she so desperately needed. By tuning into her body and mind she increased her personal awareness and became a better listener, realizing when it was time to back off, and when there was room to push further.
A strong Bikram practice set the foundation for Kylie to build upon. She loved the discipline that Bikram offered, and then was amazed at the endless possibilities of a vinyasa practice. In her opinion, "all yoga is good yoga."
Kylie's teaching style is best described as a slow flow, allowing students to feel each posture and maximize the benefits that each asana has to offer. Her favorite part of teaching is sharing the yogic philosophy and showing students how they can bring their yoga into their everyday life.
Please join Kylie for yoga, spin-yoga or yoga sculpt.
