  • Kylie Riesselman-Larson

Kylie Riesselman-Larson - Class Instructor Manager

Kylie began practicing yoga almost 10 years ago in an effort to give her body a break from all of her previous athletic endeavors. By practicing yoga she finally found the balance that she so desperately needed. By tuning into her body and mind she increased her personal awareness and became a better listener, realizing when it was time to back off, and when there was room to push further.

A strong Bikram practice set the foundation for Kylie to build upon. She loved the discipline that Bikram offered, and then was amazed at the endless possibilities of a vinyasa practice. In her opinion, "all yoga is good yoga."

Kylie's teaching style is best described as a slow flow, allowing students to feel each posture and maximize the benefits that each asana has to offer. Her favorite part of teaching is sharing the yogic philosophy and showing students how they can bring their yoga into their everyday life.

Please join Kylie for yoga, spin-yoga or yoga sculpt.

  • Briana Woolfall

Briana Woolfall - Qi General Manager

Briana has been exploring the practices of meditation and yoga for over 10 years. She began her yoga journey when she attended her first Bikram yoga class in Boulder, CO. From there her love for yoga grew as she explored Vinyasa yoga where she found great balance in the flow of this practice & she decided to share her love of yoga through teaching.

Briana became certified to teach Power yoga in 2004 & just recently completed Hot yoga teacher training bringing her back to her yoga roots of her Bikram practice. After several years counseling people on nutrition, weight loss and helping individuals reach their health goals through yoga & fitness, Briana found Qi and immediately felt at home.
