- What Has Yoga Done For You?
- Initially yoga was a physical release for me. I enjoyed watching my body change and grow. But shortly after that, I started to notice how it affected my emotional and spiritual body. My yoga practice follows me off my mat and into the world.
- What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
- Spin/Yoga allows me to see my inner athlete. It is the supreme balance for me of strengthening my body on the bike and strengthening my heart on the mat.
- What Do You Want To Teach?
- I literally find the hairs stand on my arms when I watch a student grow and make progress. It was not long ago that I was an entirely different person on the inside and out and it is such a gift to give that back.
- What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
- My favorite part of a yoga or spin yoga class is that moment before class is over, where I get to potentially affect a student's life off the mat. Where give them permission to make the yoga powerful and to be their own best teacher.

- Future Goals
- I hope to one day develop curriculum to teach school teachers how to bring more movement into the classrooms. The show them you can improve data while working with a child's full potential: mind, body, and spirit.
