- What Has Yoga Done For You?
- Yoga has given me more than I could ever write in one or two sentences. To make quite a long story short; yoga has given me the ability to enjoy every moment for what it brings (good and bad), every person for what they have to offer and teach me and the ability to stop myself and breathe through whatever challenge faces me.
- What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
- Spin yoga has given me a mental endurance that I constantly shortchanged myself being capable of. Plus it doesn't hurt that my muscular dance legs have thinned out!
- What Do You Want To Teach?
- First, I love to share my passion and knowledge for fitness, activity and yoga with whoever will listen. Teaching is a way for me to do that and no one has the choice but to listen! Just kidding, in all seriousness I believe our lives are like puzzles and to feel complete we need to find all the different parts that best serve us. I believe through teaching I have the opportunity to help someone complete their puzzle and help them become the whole person they want and need to be.
- What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
- My favorite part of teaching is the moment where someone's face goes from fitness torture to the epiphany that they know what I knew along- they are totally and completely capable.
