When Did You Start Practicing Yoga?
Started sometime in 2003, and truly living and breathing it when I found Dawnelle's classes in 2008.
What Has Yoga Done For You?
Yoga has helped me find time for myself and my well-being, while still giving to others.
What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
Qi-Spin, yoga, & Qi-spin-yoga have helped me find a wonderful way to take care of myself and cross train for the other outdoor activities I love so much. Not to mention the fact that they have helped me find many of the wonderful people with whom I am friends.
What Do You Want To Teach?
I want to teach because I love helping others, I love sharing the fun knowledge I have, and I love learning from those that I teach.
What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
The light bulbs. Seeing the light bulbs go on in individuals minds as they learn something new, and discover how their mind and bodies are evolving.

More Information
I have been working with people and kids in some sort of teaching/instructing/coaching role since I was 15 when I started as an apprentice ski school instructor. From then on I have taught skiing, French, English, and coached ski racing. To date, I am still coaching ski racing and am now instructing spin-yoga.
