- Yoga has changed me in ways that I never imagined. It has brought a new light and perspective as to how I view myself and things around me. But, as a teacher now, it has brought an increased awareness about the power of Yoga. We all learn from each other and the power that yoga brings to each of us is a remarkable thing.

- To follow my heart and do what I love! Teaching yoga obliges me to be honest, open and alive. Teaching has been a privilege and a joy.
- What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
- My favorite part of teaching yoga is that it has given me an incredible opportunity to serve others, enabling me to really be of help to others in improving their quality of life. I love getting to be in touch with people on a deeper level, responding creatively and practically to others needs.
