What Has Yoga Done For You?
Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I am able to handle stressful situations with more clarity and I feel generally more grounded. I am passionate about physical fitness and I believe adding yoga into any athlete's routine will have an incredibly positive effect on all their other athletic activities.
What Do You Want To Teach?
Teaching yoga has allowed me to give the gift of yoga to others. I cherish everyday that I get to experience people gain from the same benefits that keep me practicing yoga.
What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
My favorite part of teaching yoga is getting to see regular students learn and grow over time. It is quite rewarding to see other people's progress in their yoga journey.
