- What Has Yoga Done For You?
- Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I am able to handle stressful situations with more clarity and I feel generally more grounded. I am passionate about physical fitness and I believe adding yoga into any athlete's routine will have an incredibly positive effect on all their other athletic activities.
- What Do You Want To Teach?
- Teaching yoga has allowed me to give the gift of yoga to others. I cherish everyday that I get to experience people gain from the same benefits that keep me practicing yoga.
- What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
- My favorite part of teaching yoga is getting to see regular students learn and grow over time. It is quite rewarding to see other people's progress in their yoga journey.
