- Co-Owner at Qi,
What I have done in the past to get here is not as important to you as the reason that I am here now.
I’m here to help you take it to the edge every workout. Together we will blow past that arbitrary line which has kept you from moving forward and achieve more than any of us currently believe we can do physically or mentally. Each and everyday you will see and feel changes in your body,- that I can guarantee! In every class I’m going to give you the best possible workout you could have. It won't be easy, routine or boring. It will be challenging, energizing and rewarding and when you catch your breath I hope to hear that it was everything you needed and more!
- When Did You Start Practicing Yoga?
- August 2008
- What Has Yoga Done For You?
- Improved flexibility, strength and balance. Yoga has also changed my entire outlook on the world by facilitating some healthy introspection and adding an oasis of quiet which was not present before I began yoga. It helps me identify further changes which will add to the quality of my life and work. Yoga is perhaps the single most powerful change agent in my life to this point.
- What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
- It is yet one more incredible workout at Qi that kicks my ass.
- What Do You Want To Teach?
- I teach because I love working with motivated friends who are focused on improving their health and the health and well being of others. Teaching gives me an excuse to hang out with friends, work together on our fitness and mental well being and it motivates me to try harder when I am trying to motivate others to do the same.
- What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
- Enabling others to break through and overcome their predetermined notions of what their limits are and seeing the rush they get when they make those breakthroughs. Limits are what we have put on ourselves in our thinking and it is great to see people go way past what they thought they could do.

- “People only succeed with fitness when they have fun in what they are doing.” My small mind

- Hanging with my two Kids (Riis and Maray), Snowboarding, Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and running when I'm pushed enough from my friends:)
- Future Goals
- Be part of the solution to the worldwide obesity epidemic.
