Yoga reminds me, on a daily basis, to live in the moment, to appreciate each moment & to be open to the experience of each moment.
What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
Spin yoga has taught me how to take that mind body connection we cultivate in yoga to a whole new level in other activities!
What Do You Want To Teach?
I teach because I love helping students discover something of value within themselves in each class that they can take off the mat and into the world. I love to see people experience the journey of yoga & discover that each time they step onto their mat they will experience something new.
What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
My favorite part of teaching would have to be when the energy of the class unifies -whether it's a challenging flow, or savasana- in such a way that everyone moves and breathes together...it's a really cool transformation to observe!
