- When Did You Start Practicing Yoga?
- 1999
- What Has Yoga Done For You?
- I was once a shy, awkward person who was uncomfortable in my own body and scared of change. Yoga helped me recognize and uncover my gifts, become curious and playful, and begin a lifelong adventure of discovery and growth. While my body has become lighter and stronger over time as a result of yoga, more importantly, my spirit has become lighter and stronger as well. What has spin/yoga done for you? Spin yoga helped me break through my physical and mental barriers and learn a new, more powerful way of being in my body.
- What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
- Yoga has the power to change lives and transform communities. I can't imagine a better gift to share.
- What Do You Want To Teach?
- Watching my students uncover their own gifts and begin new adventures. There is nothing better than the face of a student who just "got it" and knowing that I was a part of that journey.
- What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
- Watching my students uncover their own gifts and begin new adventures. There is nothing better than the face of a student who just "got it" and knowing that I was a part of that journey.
- Favorite Quote
- When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change; at such a moment, there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or in saying that we are not ready. The challenge will not wait. Life does not look back. - Paulo Coelho
