- Internally my yoga practice has helped open my heart, my soul, my mind and except myself for who I am. Physically yoga has improved my flexibility, strength and balance, which in turn has helped my performance in other sports.

- QiSpin/Yoga has not only improved my flexibility, strength and balance but it has boosted my endurance level. I truly feel that this combo has made me improve in my other sporting endeavors I participate in. As a nanny of four I need a ton of energy to get through the days. QiSpin/Yoga has given me that energy that extra energy I need.

- I want to share with others my journey through fitness. I want to show that you can have fun while working hard and that each one of us deserves to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

- Hearing people having fun in class and helping them go to the next level with their fitness goals.
