What Has Yoga Done For You?
Internally my yoga practice has helped open my heart, my soul, my mind and except myself for who I am. Physically yoga has improved my flexibility, strength and balance, which in turn has helped my performance in other sports.
What Has QiCycle-yoga Done For You?
QiSpin/Yoga has not only improved my flexibility, strength and balance but it has boosted my endurance level. I truly feel that this combo has made me improve in my other sporting endeavors I participate in. As a nanny of four I need a ton of energy to get through the days. QiSpin/Yoga has given me that energy that extra energy I need.
What Do You Want To Teach?
I want to share with others my journey through fitness. I want to show that you can have fun while working hard and that each one of us deserves to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
What Is Your Favorite Part Of Teaching?
Hearing people having fun in class and helping them go to the next level with their fitness goals.

Snowboarding, snowshoeing, running, trail running, biking, back country camping, traveling, dancing, gardening, painting, hangin with my cats.
Future Goals
Get more involved in nutrition and the fitness industry, eventually owning my own studio one day.
